國際駕駛執照簽證為另一項駕駛許可證明，依道路交通安全規則第五十五條規定：持互惠國所發有效之國際駕駛執照，在我國境內作三十天之短期停留者，准予免辦簽證駕駛汽車；如停留超過三十天者，仍應填具國際駕駛執照簽證申請書，向公路監理機關辦理簽證。
By traffic law 55th article,it notes the visitors who are from our reciprocal benefit countries are allowed to drive in Taiwan in 30 days if they have International Driving Permit .
However, if the visitor stay over 30 days, they will should to apply the visa for International Driving Permit from Motor Vehicle Supervision Office.
國際駕駛執照之簽證最長為一年，若原照或停居留證明有效期間未滿一年者，以先屆滿之日期為準，逾期不得駕駛汽車。
